Hello everyone I'm Adam fuller the owner and main author for Sleep Room Splendour. I've has always had a great interest in improving sleep, after working shifts for overs 20 years, I know the effects it can have on the body!
In my spare time I enjoy reading, spending time with the family and going for walks with my golden retriever Smudge .
As of writing, I'm always keeping an eye out for the latest products and information sounding sleep and all the fantastic furniture that you can get for the bedroom. I'm 100% dedicated in helping people find the perfect products for them, so please keep checking back for regular updates.

Hi, my name is Leah! I'm an avid interior home designer, albeit just for myself. Always changing my bedroom experimenting with different colours and textures. I'm a girl who needs her sleep too, so I need to be comfortable and wake up refreshed!
